Fay

Fay is a critical team member at Empower Support. She has been a carer for 30 years and had a wealth of life experience behind her. She found that her difficulties understanding the technology involved with the job was holding her back. Tracey

Tracey is a deeply valued member of our team but hasn't always worked in Social Care. She found herself made redundant from her role in a factory during the Covid-19 pandemic and followed her heart towards a more people orientated career. Over the last three years she has built in confidence and found a passion for facilitating connection between our service users - she now  blossoms in her role with Empower Support running a social group to bring  clients together. Tracey gives 100% to everything she does including her fitness training and truly makes a difference to people's lives.
